Your personal data

Kerlann only keeps what your stay needs. Here is what, why and for how long.

What we keep

  • Your contact details and booking

    Name, email, phone, country and language, dates and extras. We use them to manage your booking and to write to you about your stay.

  • Online check-in and police registration form

    The identity details from online check-in and the police registration form required by law for foreign travellers are encrypted. They are deleted automatically 6 months after you leave.

  • Payment

    You pay on our payment provider's secure page. The app never sees or stores your card number.

  • Messages with the concierge

    Automatic replies are written by an artificial intelligence assistant, using only the information provided by the team. Your messages are used to answer you; the team can read them when it takes over.

  • Invoices

    Invoices are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

Personal suggestions (activities, meals, timing based on the weather and your preferences) are only offered if you agreed to them by ticking a box when booking. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.

We only send you news or offers if you asked for them.

The site only uses the cookies it needs to work. There is no advertising and no audience tracking.

You can see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy.
